		<description>This trend is very interesting to me. When I was younger I played soccer or basketball pretty much year round. After the soccer season ended, I always found the transition to basketball difficult, since soccer emphasizes distance running and some quick bursts of speed, while basketball is more sprints and jumping. It always took me a few weeks to get my basketball legs. Maybe by training both sports together, you get the best of both worlds?</description>
